AmeriPride Services is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team!

The Digital Marketing Analyst develops, implements, tracks and optimizes marketing campaigns across all digital channels (email, social media, web, SEO/SEM, paid search, etc.). Using a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, the Digital Marketing Analyst leads integrated digital marketing campaigns across North America. The Digital Marketing Analyst continuously coordinates and executes the timely, valid and reliable audit and analysis of the company’s digital marketing efforts. Results and recommendations of audits and analysis are shared on an ongoing basis. Verbal and written findings that can effectively and efficiently impact digital marketing efforts are clearly and concisely summarized and communicated for management consideration. Processes are continuously reviewed in order to seek optimal methods for projects and actions. The Digital Marketing Analyst maintains a steadfast and vigilant review of market trends to determine the company’s ongoing position in the digital space.

Overall Duties:
• Working independently and under management direction, administers, maintains, develops and implements marketing analytics and procedures for assessing current digital efforts and impactful possibilities. Seeks to determine optimal utilization of digital efforts and/or new direction for the company’s products and/or services with a focus on developing and growing the company.
• Develop methodologies and practices for the timely and effective review of digital marketing efforts and develop valid and reliable processes for the audit and review of the effectiveness of the efforts.
• Assess and analyze results of digital review efforts and offer insights for possible adjustment of future digital marketing efforts.
• Prepare or direct preparation of analysis, reports, communication, and maintenance actions to organization on matters of digital market programs.
• Attend meetings as required to engage in education and participate in communication around digital marketing activities and efforts.
• Complete other duties as assigned by manager or vice president.

Minimum Education/Experience
• 5 or more years of proven working experience with an emphasis in digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing or equivalent business experience.
• Experience with digital marketing efforts from conception through post-implementation analysis.
• Demonstrable experience leading SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Demonstrated competency with development and delivery of comprehensive marketing reports and analytics for management consideration.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.

Preferred Education Experience
• Master’s degree in Business or Marketing related discipline.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Demonstrated knowledge with (or willingness to learn) marketing automation platforms (Eloqua strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge of (or willingness to learn) website analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking – Tableau experience a plus.
