AmeriPride Services is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist- Sub Contracts to join our team!

The Sales Operations Specialist – Sub Contracting (SOS) position is ultimately responsible for working with customers whose locations are not serviced directly by AmeriPride/Canadian Linen and our subcontracted service partners to ensure a smooth billing process The SOS position will work with Corporate Account Executives, Specialists, other internal personnel, customers, as well as subcontractor partners to support subcontract business and provide a positive customer experience for current and prospective customers. This role will receive and respond to issues, concerns, and requests from both subcontractors and customers in a timely and dedicated manner. Ensures standardized processes are used to leverage all opportunities for efficient operations in sales processing and its subsequent impact on customer, branch and subcontract relationships. Adheres to corporate standards for the planning and coordination of corporate account sales projects/activities and ensures appropriate data, reports, schedules and budgeting information is processed in an ethical, timely, and accurate manner. Attends meetings and departmental training to increase efficiency and foster relationships with subcontract partners. The SOS will also work with the Sales Operations team to support the day-to-day field operations as needed.

Overall Duties
• Responsible to work with account executives, specialists, subcontract partners and other internal personnel to support growth and provide a positive customer experience for our subcontracted current and prospective customers.
• Support communication processes and relationship building with subcontract partners. Receives and respond to issues, concerns, and requests from customers, branches and subcontractors in a timely and dedicated manner.
• Ensures standardized processes are used to leverage all opportunities for efficient operations in sales processing and its subsequent impacts on customer, branch and subcontract partner relationships
• Supports Sales Department with regular business reporting
• Attends meetings and departmental training to increase efficiency and support subcontract partner relationships.
• Responsible for performing day- to-day assistance to field sales teams to ensure optimal use of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) application.

Requirements
Minimum Education/Experience
• Associates’ Degree in business or related discipline or equivalent business/work experience
• Must be proficient with Microsoft-based computer programs including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and customer service skills.
• Proven track record of increasing responsibility with documented business results.
• Capability of working and effectively interfacing with subcontract partners and customers.
• Ability to build effective professional relationships cross-departmentally and with vendors, subcontractors and customers.

Preferred Education Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related discipline or equivalent business/work experience.
• Industry experience would be preferred.
• One to three years experience in a corporate sales environment.
• Inquisitive, detail-oriented with strong quantitative analytical skills and an innovative approach to problem solving in a fast paced sales oriented environment.
