Our Customer Service Representatives are delivery driver positions. You won’t be just sitting in some cube of a call center – as a route driver, you’ll be the face our company, meeting regularly with our customers to provide the high level of service they expect from us – from delivering their items (including uniforms, linens, mats and chemicals), adjusting upcoming orders, promoting new products, and handling service and product issues.
Our Customer Service Managers will spend more time in our offices reaching out to the customers, but also serve as backup to our Customer Service Representatives (CSR’s) as needed. These roles are responsible for overall business results and customer retention in his/her service area by ensuring that the Team of CSR’S provide excellent Customer Service to each and every customer on each delivery.
