Join our team as a Complete Customer Care (C3) Coordinator!

The C3 Coordinator will provide administrative support to the entire Service department along with retention and growth for our customer base, including:

Support for the end-of-day route settlement process
Generate various reports out of multiple systems
Update and maintain customer records in related Company data systems
First point of contact for inbound inquiries from customers
Coordinates and completes customer orders
Manages branch Accounts Receivable and Payable support
Human Resources liaison at branch for orientation and document management

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or GED
2 years customer service or administrative support in an office setting
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Outlook)
Strong analytical, problem solving and customer service skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail orientated, with ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
Ability to establish rapport with a diverse group of business contacts

Preferred
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field
Previous sales and/or service experience in the uniform rental industry
