Job Description

AmeriPride Services is seeking a Customer Administration Manager (CAM)- Office to join our team!

The CAM is responsible for overall coordination and supervision of customer administrative activities that reside in a branch that support business procedures for: CSO (customer support office), accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll administration.

Overall Duties:
Directly manages and supervises the day-to-day business office operations
Maintains office efficiencies by defining and procedures; evaluates office procedures and implements process improvement.
Oversees account payables and receivables
Complete inventory withdrawal requests and enter into Inventory Management System- Oracle
Customer Service Support :
Create and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets;
Administratively support Service Department: Route Accounting Software
Provides hands-on support for phone system and computer upgrades.
Assist General Manager with various projects

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business Administration or related discipline or 4 years office managerial experience.
Two (2) years office experience; including some managerial experience
Time management and organizational skills with basic mathematical skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Advanced Software skills, including Microsoft Office software and other web-based applications
Preferred Qualifications:
Presentation skills to facilitate training and/ or deliver informational sessions to groups or individuals
Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions
