Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist-Inbound to join our team!

This position works under the direction of the Director of Sales Development. They contact and qualify lead referrals to determine interest level and sales opportunity for new and occasionally existing customers. This position will handle primarily outbound lead sources. The Lead Qualification Specialist will need to quickly build a rapport, establish trust and credibility through a consultative style, balancing an assertive sales approach without being overly aggressive.
The successful Lead Qualification Specialist will also work with the other LQ team members and Director of Sales Development to continually improve the LQ process in an open, collaborative environment. The Specialist role has great career path opportunities in Sales, among other functions.


General Duties:
Represent AmeriPride/Canadian Linen in a positive and professional manner
Outbound communication to gain interest from prospects
Profile prospects/accounts
Understand customer requirements and expectations
Collaborate with other LQ Team members and Director of Sales Development to continue to improve lead program and processes
Perform preliminary qualification of a lead to determine sales opportunities for field Sales Executives
Follow-up and track open leads as they pass through the sales cycle and report out monthly to the VP of Customer Operations and Sales Development team
Collaborate with sales managers and senior sales staff to figure strategic sales methods
Attend sales training as needed
Meet and exceed monthly and annual quotas.

Requirements
Minimum Education/Experience

4 year college degree or professional experience equivalent
General computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Powerpoint, Excel, and Word
Communicate effectively and persuasively on the phone
Must have excellent time management skills
Prior selling experience preferred
Experience with Oracle OnDemand, SalesForce.com, or other CRM tools preferred
