AmeriPride Services is seeking motivated and independent Route Delivery Driver's to join our dynamic workforce!

A Route Delivery Driver (RDD) works in accordance with Company safety guidelines in a productive and efficient manner. Ensures delivery vehicle and equipment are clean, maintained, and used in a safe manner. Responsible for the overall execution of daily delivery and pick up of goods to and from customers, as scheduled. Provides excellent customer service to each and every customer on each delivery. Ensures that all customer deliveries are accurate and inventories are kept up-to-date in a timely manner. Diligently works to promote the Company, its core values, and its products and services.


Overall Duties
Works on assigned delivery routes as scheduled in a safe and efficient manner.
Attends meetings as required to engage in education and participate in communication.
Maintains clean, professional, and tidy personal grooming. Wears the Company-supplied uniform while completing job duties.
Seeks improvement and excellence in job skills and the competencies associated with the job.
Adheres to standard procedures in support of Company-wide operational,financial, service, and safety goals.
Perform other duties related to the scope of the employee’s job classification from time to time as assigned by the CSM or Service manager.

Additional responsibilities for the Route Delivery Driver include:
Organizing products in your vehicle
Reviewing customer inventories and storage areas upon each visit
Collecting product for laundering
Consistently building rapport and adding value through your delivery
Monitoring and seeking feedback from customers on perceived levels of service
Consulting customers on additional product options
Coordinating with CSMs and CSSs about creating solutions for current customers’ needs and product gaps.
Quality workmanship, teamwork and regular attendance are essential in these roles.

Requirements
Commercial Vehicles Operation

Must be physically qualified to drive a Commercial Motor Vehicle and carry a medical examiners certificate stating such qualifications as dictated by Company, Federal (Such as FMCSR 391.41) or Provincial regulations in the country in which the job duties will take place.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 21 years old
High school diploma or GED
Proven record of functional work experience
Minimum 1 year of previous delivery or route sales experience, desired
Excellent driving record
Lifting Ability: up to 75 pounds
Push and Pull ability (with assistance): up to 100 pounds
Ability to work 8-10 hours per day
Hold and maintain DOT certification
Bilingual (Spanish and/or French), a plus
Having good communication, writing and math skills Posting Priority
