AmeriPride Services looking for a TEMPORARY Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team!!

This is a temporary position for approximately 6 months.

The Talent Acquisition Partner “TAP” will support hiring directors/managers with sourcing and recruiting activities to ensure a qualified stream of candidates with a high probability of organizational fit and job success; focusing on recruiting sales and corporate level talent. Responsibilities include recruiting and evaluating internal and external candidates through the use of a variety of sources and recruiting techniques; engaging candidates and the hiring managers throughout the recruiting and selection process. The Talent Acquisition Partner will execute the talent management strategy for existing vacancies and support new business through pipe-lining candidates for anticipated business. The TAP will also be responsible for coaching and advising hiring managers to influence action and decision making.

A bachelor’s degree with a specialty in human resource management or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years of recruiting hourly and salaried roles, ideally with a focus on sales recruitment,
Full life cycle recruiting experience is preferred; from sourcing through applicant tracking and offer letter generation.
Creative sourcing and pipelining experience; including various job boards and social media
Capability to project a positive public image and professional demeanor and be comfortable interacting with a diverse population at all levels in the organization.
Working knowledge of an integrated recruiting and reporting software – UltiPro preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience managing candidate contacts and relationships
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with employment related State and Federal laws/regulations.
